They can pay for storage and a weekly place or they can find a place they can afford because that cost less then losing your deposit and being on the hook for one months rent.

We added and fence around the property, expanded the rear porch, added a storage shed, finished off the third floor and turned it into a home office and added exterior landscaping.

So I decided one day to just put my shoes on. 

First off, I am sure you are a rockstar agent so it is hard to put yourself in their shoes because you would always respond to a serious potential buyer, right?

And trust me, even if you could "help", you don't want to step in that because you would still be scraping that off your shoe while someone else is off getting the next great deal.Here's my recommendation:  keep looking.

Huge attic with 8 4x6 cubbies that can be rented to longer terms or corporate guests for extra storage and income.
