Dear all, I would like to create a Single Member LLC to hold a long term rental property in Texas (I am living is Texas).

This is primarily why I am looking to file, in addition they probably think the same way, that I won’t do anything because of the small amount. 

I am buying my first home for about 250k in El Paso, TX.It is new construction just finished.

As I am building this plan, is there a rule of thumb I can use for future value based on NOI?

Hello,I am brand new to BP- looking to invest in rentals and flips.

This would also eliminate the need for gas at the property as you can go all electric in the buildingI am not sure on the cost per se.

I am ALWAYS looking at properties up and down the state, because i have investor clients that are always looking to buy.
