@Gash Nookala not aware of any viable PMC that will do these "on demand".We get calls from DIY owners each month, that want to hire us to do Maintenance only.

Say you purchased a property that makes $500 a month in May 2024, and now it's August 2024 and you want the lender to count that income--they'll count $6k, not just $1500, with no need to see your taxes.

The concern I have is depleting our savings and being in a vulnerable position for 4-6 months while we save back up.
