But the TV shows have glorified "flips" and now everybody thinks they can do them and make lots of easy money.

It is not the glamorous fast cash transaction you see on TV or hear about on the radio.

Then there's not much you can do if someone wants to camp out in the basement or sleeps on the sofa in the tv room.

On July 4,2014 the property got broke into an the tenant TV was stolen also on JULY 6, 2014 the property was broken into again an the tenant COMPUTER was stolen the house as an alarm on it.

I am pretty sure that what is currently happening in Dallas is similar to that of a very hot sale publicized/marketed on the ads/tv.

TV/internet service I can lower easily especially if a competitor has a teaser rate going on for a year!
