What if I pay him the “rent” separate from the LLC?

So we are looking to turn the half bath on the second floor of our house into a full bath, so we can turn that into a separate unit and house hack.

Unfortunately if you miss that notice, you could be automatically committed to another year.Lastly, there is information your PM will owe you after you separate. 

(Seems pretty impressive given he's only been open 1 year and he's managing it all by himself while running a separate business.

The third unit will have it's on separate unit so only the first and second unit would be using them.

Do you collect through AirBnB or separately?

My wife and I do plan to stay in the local area and I will be separating in June 2023.

So, I believe I need to find a payment processing platform so I can collect rents to deposit into my separate accounts.
