I don't like thin deals because any blip in the markets could ruin the pro-forma projections.  

I told her how I was homeless as a kid and she told me all about how cancer has tore through her family.

Besides ruining a lot of once wonderful and often still basically solid old or older homes, it is a terrible thing to do to neighborhoods, especially neighborhoods that are already fighting many battles as it is. 

If you are trying to ruin my credibility I suggest you be careful.  

I would be pretty angry if my vacation was ruined because a poor quality road prevented me access to the property I rented.

The tenants dogs never had their paws wiped off from getting walked, carpet is ruined, and baseboards were chewed up.

If marketers were allowed to post here free, it would rapidly descend into a  free-for-all and ruin the forum.

The problem with allowing ANYONE to paint is that if one person tries to paint and messes it up - the walls are basically forever ruined unless you sand/float the entire wall over again. 

I am new here which is why I asked rather than try to find someone to just outright give us money and something go horribly wrong and ruin a good relationship.

I have perfect credit and I don't want to ruin that.
