Hi William - The nuclear plant, Whirlpool Corporation, and Lakeland Medical are currently among the greatest contributors to the sustaining the population and the quality of it's contributors to the community. 

Not only because the military plant 42 alongside NASA, Northrup Grumman, and Lockheed brings in people that come and go out of the area, but also about a little over an hour from the center of Los Angeles.

Yours has multiple different brick colors, peeling paint, older looking windows, dead plants, a half dead lawn, a walkway that is broken and slightly uneven, and an entry pad that is sloping rather significantly.

@Michael Plante my lawyer when purchasing my personal home in Montgomery was shocked that the seller filled one out. 

However, it may be realistic to require that in the warmer months they only plant crops that use less water- there are some that are quite profitable.My educated guess- is this would reduce AZ water use by 5-10%, which is quite significant.All the above being said, areas that have an abundance of groundwater, like Sedona, are in great shape for water.

Furthermore, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many more great things presently and coming in the future.

This is an an old thread but the reason why the cost is so high is the environmental issues , especially if there are wetlands or species of plants, reptiles, birds, or animals, which are considered endangered
