there are a couple different lenders that our company is partnered with that can do them. they will not provide the full amount that could be taken out like a primary, but they are out there.

It takes time to build up the reputation, even in a popular area like Sedona.Sedona does have a ton of STRs but it sees in the neighborhood of 5m visitors a year so I wouldn't worry too much.Getting on VRBO is a must IMHO.

@Sean HaranRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder, etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Just got off with an investor who was about to wire us money from Yieldstreet but his account with them is now frozen until further notice.Apparently they use a third party to escrow all funds and that company has just filed for bankruptcy.This is really unfortunate for those investors who are exposed.
