Hi Lori,There are likely some local mom and pop insurance companies as well as nationwide or gov't insurance companies that will write a policy on a MH in and outside of a park.

Cincinnati is currently getting a ton of attention from investors nationwide so the playing field is competitive but I wouldn't let that stop you. 

This is pure speculation on my part, so check with those that actually know, but it seems like more and more hospitals and clinics nationwide are having to contract out due to a shortage of nurses and professionals so the demand seems to be there.

Most of the big services, they pull nationwide data once a year or worse, every few years and then resell that over and over and over again.Some of the best data you can get is from Corelogic, they run stuff against the credit agencies.
