Hi Susan,Jason &life students,I sure was happy to find this forum.

I feel many of us know of all the hard work it will take to get off the ground but don't know what life is really like 10 years down the road when everything is in place.

An extra thousand bucks in my pocket isn't worth losing a customer for life.

Can this course take someone that has never done a deal in his life through his first one?

I just sign the letter, they hand write the envelopes, put on the first class stamp, and put a little heart sticker on the sealer.Wheatie, I am spoiled in that I have human capital to use as part of the system.

Maybe it could some how damage your other accounts which would cost you more(I know it real life it can't just making the analogy).Like a poor tenant.Its a balance of risk and return.
