Although there was clearly a small crack at the exterior wall where the stucco meets the cement at the ground.Since rains like this are so rare (like, once every 10 years), is there some sort of caulking I could apply to the crack to seal it?

However might give them the benefit of the doubt and try again since they keep coming up.Besides here I posted on my FB and a couple of groups for investors in the area and they came up in both totally independently of each other or the stuff here.Any other suggestions will be welcomed and I will let people know what I end up finding out and what I do since there is some interest.
