Those guys are for advanced disputes with the IRS that could lead to litigation.

Kind of joke but I sensed they were more interested in just getting fast resolution w/o putting any effort in.

When I reached out to BP the response I got was "Sorry, we don't get involved in disputes" and there was a link to the site's T&C. 

We always respond in a kind, professional manner with resolution in mind...but what do you do when that person will never be satisfied?

The purpose of the LLC is for asset protection and the operating agreement determines responsibility of each partner and what happens during disputes  as well as many other factors of the business.Set it up correctly.

It sounds insignificant, but even little things like wording of leases, notice periods, how you handle security deposits, the dispute process - it can all be different and now you need manage two separate processes.

She hears the conversations when I handle tenant disputes and has gone with me numerous times to lowes when we are doing a reno or simple repair.
