What is the demographic for my rental/community?

I stayed away from his city properties and have focused in the surrounding cities (Raytown and Independence) which were priced higher and had lower returns but aren't "ghetto" demographics.

What is the general demographic of your city, is this a small niche at 500-600K, or is there a large pool of potential buyers? 

I'm curious as to what targeting demographic options you used, and how successful was your campaign?

Could be either depending on the local market and demographics.  

@Corey Smith Southeast King county is a pretty specific demographic.

@Clint Galliano, the reason that number varies (and most other number too - maintenance; capital expenditure; tax; utilities; insurance; property management...) is because every County has different demographics, which can highly affect the correct analysis between different properties.Sorry about the non-specific answer. 

Reason being; Where I currently invest, Providence RI, If you are off by ONE STREET, you could find yourself in a totally different demographic.

I know I have to look at the demographics (suggest me a good website for that) but is there anything else?
