I’d recommend using Cozy (what I use) or Tenant Cloud (another good tool) to handle your online application and credit/background check process.

I thought to move from my vilage big house to something small in the city and invest the difference. the covid experience showed me that there is value in being able to host the entire family but i feel stuck here and kind of out of my zonethinking to move during the summer im now thinking will there be covid #2?
