I'm looking for anyone who could share experiences of how much they paid to demolish interior office space and turn it into bare shell condition.

Failing restaurants barely breaking even or shut down the equipment goes for 10 cents on the dollar.

But, what I found was that I did have to be aware of the competition, and their weak points, but quite frankly, I barely focused on that.

Bare minimum of $150 per month for my analysis.

I barely put any money down on a first time homebuyer's loan for a townhouse because I was broke at the time, yet still cash flowed and appreciated right from the jump.

The rent was more like $700 per month which the unit barely cash flowed. 

I feel like I barely made it over the fish line in time.  

No charge since he felt responsible for making sure his repair held up.Another month goes by and the tenant calls again, says it's been coming barely off the track lately but he's been able to get it back on the track so he could use it, but this time it came off so bad he couldn't fix it and was afraid the door might fall down and land on his car (or worse, him or his wife). 

The basement barely has vents, all hopper windows are kept closed during the day and it can’t really get any fresh air coming from outside.

Each entity at the bare minimum needs a checking and savings account so you don't commingle funds.
