This is a single-family home in a commercial and multifamily zone, so I believe that if the right investor obtained this property, it could be acquired at a higher price due to its potential for significantly higher cash flow.I'm wondering if I can increase my asking price because of the property's zoning potential.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I've been in the game in this market a while as I have 12 units and 3 single family homes and know this is a great deal.

For investors, multi-family properties are great for cash flow, and local networking is key.

After a  few deaths in my family over the past 3 years, I've inherited 5 properties.

He left politics and moved to Austin where he had no family or friends, got his license, and started heavily marketing in a few communities he really liked.

If you have U.S. credit, 2 scores must show with at least 2 years of trade line history.

I am mainly looking for single-family homes, but I am open to other options as well.
