Granted this adjudication sale is supposed to offer full possession and Title Insurance, but it is questionable as to whether that will actually happen on all of them.If you think you might consider building here, keep in mind, most of the city is Historical and you will quite possibly have some pretty strict guidelines to adhere to.

.- I've talked with her and she's been between "I don't care about the past due rent" and "I'll give you every paycheck to get caught up"- I've filled out form dc100a (demand for possession - 7 day notice) and plan to mail that to the tenant tomorrowIF this is not resolved in the next 2 weeks I'm considering going to court (I plan to use an attorney for that process)!

If it sells for $100,000 (because someone doesn't do their homework and bids on the second, thinking it is the first) can they walk away from that bid after finding out that it is a second, and I end up back where I started with the second in my possession or do they have to pay in cash and now they own the second, subject to the first?
