I even rented to a woman with a 2 year old and I mentioned the lack of a tub and she said she just takes her kid into the shower with her.And I was also thinking that this would be the perfect way to avoid families with small kids, if you didn't want them.

Speaking of other names showing up during title searches, there is a woman in northern CA who was born the same year I was, with the exact first, middle and last name.
