Some state environmental divisions are trying to shut down Wells for communities because of thee a safety factor and communities cant afford the chlorine and treatment that a community well needs..I'd forget this deal If I were you.

But if people start returning to normal activities before this virus is adequately tamped down, better understood, has better treatment options and ideally a vaccine, the consequences will be beyond dire.

So my thought was that instead of a refi on a harder to rent home in my area, flip into two or three lower priced homes that rent well.My question is on tax treatment.

Totally agree with Jay Dean Could require treatment and a few boards replaced, or could require sistering/replacing all joists including the plumbing, electric, and gas running through them.
