Kitchen- corelle, service for 8 only ,  extras will disappear, and use plastics- no one is not going to rent long term based on what is in the kitchen cabinets (students break glasses!).

People live in the inner-city where there are no jobs...and choose to stay there instead of packing their bags, hopping a Greyhound, and going to a state where jobs are plentiful, cost of living is cheaper, and the environment is better for them and their children.Go to a homeless area and offer room and board in exchange for four hours of work a day.

=)Sue K. hoa stories are legendary. i manage a property with a nazi hoa about the trees and landscaping. they literally waited around the parking lot and then chased me down when they saw me arrive to tell me to cut some branches....and proceeded to stalk me another time when i was selling a house in their community to get the owner to move a bag of mulch...but since i've managed the discussed property above, i haven't heard a peep from this one...., but i'll make calls tomorrow
