BUT, the smell does not creep permanently into everything like cigarette smoking does.  

So I will most likely look into that plug-in baseboard heater option to remedy their needs for now and continue to research to figure out a permanent solution.

I now default ALL my 1 and 2 bedroom apartments to them since it's reliable money and the tenants are all in mentored job-training programs.If these girls have a permanent disability...then you should be looking at long-term tenancy.
