I stumbled upon BP's podcast (then the forum) when searching for a way to learn on-the-go in the lovely LA traffic each and everyday, I was hooked when I heard more stories of building wealth the right way.I currently own my house in Huntington, however searching for ways to take my first step in REI, whether that is in CA, where cap rates are low and prices high, or OOS, but very wary of D class neighborhoods.

I'm very interested in this topic and would like to know the more filtered result or info, This will be really appreciated and help a lot for my investment decision.Plus, if possible let organize a team to share agent, mortgage broke, insurance, property manager, handyman info, this will help all of us to make the process more smooth and efficient. 

If you get a place on a small side street thats not really developed and theres not much foot/car traffic it may feel a little rougher as compared to if you purchase something on a main street such as 20th or Wharton. 

Sort of like running a traffic light changing from yellow to red  - OK as long as nobody catches you doing it.

When dealing with title companies or cloing attorneys, your trust document must comply with state requirements for organization and for funding.

Their floors, both carpet and tile get a tremendous amount of traffic and they will pay a high amount of money for the few hours it takes to put them back in good shape.

So far it has been durable enough.Similar vinyl plank is now used in Walmart stores near me - with all the foot traffic they get, I'd be surprised if they chose that and it was unable to hold up.
