what are some good ways to find a mentor?

Find how you want to invest and look for a mentor who has specific knowledge of what you desire to do as an investor.

This seems like a fantastic forum to get started , with all you helpful people willing to share your experience.One specific thing I am looking for is a local Mentor that I could connect with in my area to learn from firsthand.

I have no local mentors in the Atlanta area who I would more than willingly work for to help establish myself and my partner in the wholesaling business.

And as backwards as it may seem from a logic point of view, mentors who don't charge you cash, are usually better teachers than a "guru course".
