Avidyne Integra  and it failed 300 feet above a marine layer when I was making the ILS approach into North Bend... first time ever I had stuff go wonky on me at the exact wrong time.. 30 seconds later and it could have been the big red handle pull and a splash landing in the ocean LOL.. and since I was not expecting that approach I did not have my life raft with me... you know the links in the accident chain... good calm advice for our lady and her 11 gates running on her property... as always the voice of reason.. !!!!

I haven't tried to put it down over subfloor yet because it calls for a layer of luan first at a cost of about 0.25/sqft for the luan and at that point it will probably be less labor intensive to go with a click vinyl or a cheaper laminate.

As to the cabinets I mention, the kitchen was redone but some of the storage cabinets throughout the unit have the older original ones with several layers of paint.

Had you booked through AirBnB, you'd at least had an additional layer of protection.If they are still operating a listing on AirBnB, definitely send them a complaint to get them to ban the host.
