I don't have the knowledge, time to investigate (maybe perceived), or fortitude for courthouse step auctions.

If you do not refund the balance of my deposit or send proof of payment for the remaining materials as good faith towards you completing the project before Monday April 1st at 5pm, I will be forced to file a civil complaint, report you to the police and request that they investigate the situation and file criminal charges for theft, fraud and anything else they determine is applicable.

They can investigate this and point you in the right direction.

It's common/normal to inspect a house with residents in it.The mold was revealed during the inspection...it's pervasive on the bathroom floor, which means a lot of water and/or a long time period, and would normally lead to a much deeper investigation for damage in the rest of the house as water easily travels. 

We have these processes in place to discover issues such as these and protect you as the buyer.I've had to hire a private investigator in the past to have previous owners sign a new deed to correct a conveyance. 

I'll hire someone at a much higher rate (even a private investigator) depending on how much I have at stake.

They find out their spouse is cheating on them, or they get a notice your being investigated by the IRS or they get n a horrific car crash and somebody dies or they get news they have non-operable cancer, I think you get the point .

I ask because I keep a comparison chart of real estate crowdfunding investments, and I’m constantly on the lookout for new and innovative platforms that I haven’t investigated yet.
