Faucets can be broken, screens damaged, and drains clogged up whether they're new or old.I mean to say that would assume, 14% out of that 50% would (i.e., 28% of the money spent for capital, vacancy, and expenses, which is "about a third") would go to a PM if you pay the rates they charge around here and have one vacancy per year.

After talking awhile and asking lots of questions I usually ask for absolute bottom dollar or try to make some sort of swap and I give them a phone# if they say no ,in case they change their mind sometimes they hate the place anyway.failed attempts at renting it or this fixer is a money drain who knows.Or price is way out of line to start(Man last year had several acres and wanted 18 or 20 for them said he would take $7 last week I offered him less I have land next to it and don't need it.)
