You probably have oak cabinets which you can leave as is or paint.

I have seen it way too many times where someone gets in way over their head once they find out the house had all the copper piping, air conditioner and kitchen appliances, cabinets stolen.   

They are coming from wholesale cabinet supply and are JSI Cabinets.

@Nathan AllenI keep considering it, I don't know that I could get the full $60,000 tomorrow without some more updating: kitchen is old, laminate countertops and a tiny sink because the cabinets are old and small, yard could use some help, needs a few new windows.

This included picking out cabinets, counters, flooring, paint, dealing with contractors, etc.- He has held significant responsibility for a tenant turnover (tenant moved in Sept 1).

Ex, I knocked down a wall in my kitchen, ripped up tile and replaced it with hardwood, sanded/stained, assembled/installed cabinets/appliances, did all electrical, etc (everything was approved by the city of course.)

Need to budget for roof,painting,hvac,hot water heater,cabinets,etc. 

In 2014 I was installing new kitchen cabinets in one of our 6-plex units.

All new plumbing, electrical, windows, light fixtures, drywall, paint, cabinets, luxury vinyl, carpet, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen.

She is great with painting and re-painted all of the cabinets to match her furniture.
