Hey Shea,Just a cumbersome Excel sheet to track by hand.I advise students to also look at abandoned/vacant properties with Absentee Owners(that are close to them) and go knock on the door.

Doug R.To find vacants one of two methods may help.1) Most areas have Tree Trimmer Business Card Walkers, find one and pay them to give you a list of the abandoned property they find.

if so you may be missing the ones where there is no good address. if the letter comes back to you "addressee unknown" you should work to find the owner and see if the house is abandoned.
