I would suggest the homeowner review the docs that were signed prior to listing the home to determine what fees if any they would be looking at.

I keep seeing books on amazon but I do want to hear the graceful opinions of the people here and not from rigged reviewers.

As far as I understand the process, HUD will collect the bids for 10 days and review on the 11th day.
