I just don't see how the LLC provides any additional benefit, and I can see how it could potentially cause less protection.I do believe there is some benefit by having the property not in your own name because it may "hide" your assets from a casual search and prevent a lawsuit from ever happening if a plaintiff doesn't see how much you are worth, but again I doubt this has much of an effect on a case that could have a $2Milliion+ judgement.

If they're an honest lender they'll have nothing to hide and will break the lending details down in a way that you can understand without needing a finance degree.Ask for referrals from their current clients.

Pretty easy to monitor what other people on your same network are doing... 2) A person in the Wi-Fi can scan all devices connected to that Wi-Fi... this has now become common since there were a few prominent cases of creepy hosts with hidden cameras to spy on their guests (use a 3rd wi-fi if you want to hide other legitimate equipment for this reason to avoid misunderstanding — e.g. a doorbell camera pointed OUT of the property).  3) You can control the bandwidth of each network and keep it balanced 50/50... so if one guest is running 5 Netflix shows doesn’t impact the speed of the other

There is no way to hide that.Medicare/caid will simply take the asset back and the buyer will be left with nothing.If medicaid feels there was an attempt on the buyer or seller to defraud medicaid, they may refer the case for prosecution.
