Stained or just poly-ed cabinets hide imperfections much longer.Painting cabinets is not expensive but it adds up and adds time to turns if you scale to more properties.

My vote is yes to dishwasher - people like to be able to hide their dirty dishes and not have to keep a dish drainer on the counter.No to the disposal, because people think they can shove anything in there.

When you say terrier mix I think "American Staffordshire Terrier" and the first thing I would wonder would be if you were possibly trying to hide the fact that it was a pitbull mix.
