@Joe Splitrock Thanks, I slowly got to that realization about Google Fi as I kept reading about it online.

I noticed immediately that rents have risen even quicker than I realized and I am way under market on a couple properties.

Try going to $1850 and when they look around and see it's $2100 elsewhere, they will realize they have got a good deal.

This forum is becoming like more of a diary of sorts but it's nice to put thoughts out into the universe.So, I'm realizing my identity or "lane" as an investor which is a developer.

Either you read some crazy fantasy (or misunderstood what you read) or you’ve come up with something yourself that due to your inexperience you don’t realize has no basis in reality.

other investment opportunities (other than a flat out loan at a favorable interest rate) seem pretty fraught with peril as you will need your sister's consent and participation to take any action that would allow you to realize any gain, including a refi or property sale.   

Fast forward four months, and I have realized that is not always the case.
