I have a passion for all aspects of real estate and have always wanted to try being an agent.The goal is to see how I do in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, specifically real estate as well as bring in additional income.

Finding an agent that focuses on this aspect of real estate can be an absolute gold mine.

I like to be very strategic about choosing when to sell with these properties to maximize gains. 

I am a newbie investor/landlord and trying to understand the cost segregation aspect of owning. 

I'm going to be in a similar scenerio in Knoxville soon, and have been trying to figure out the utilities aspect.
