Im not located in the area but I lend in Louisiana quite a bit!

Good Evening,I have a question, so I bought a rental property with tenants in place, The previous landlord didn't require them to have a security deposit, How would I go by with telling them that I required a security deposit, also they pay at the end of the month for the month they been on, I would like to have them pay rent the month before. so for example have them pay the rent this month for the upcoming month and so on, how would I go about doing that.

The duplex was awesome with an incredible location. 

It's located in the high desert (White Hills AZ) and worth about $25k.

My condo is located close to a university and apartments in that area mostly cater to student population.Condo has been on the market for 14 days.

Which of these Florida locations do you think holds more promise for investment, considering the current market trends?

I've used a real estate attorney a few times but he is located in Springfield, MO.

I would appreciate any recommendations on desirable/up and coming locations and ones that best be avoided.

Does anybody rent locations from tenants and then put them on Air B&B and booking.com.
