Lawsuits that are pending would produce a judgment that would be junior to the existing mortgage, so I don't see how those would attach to the property; and if they did, they are junior and would be extinguished in most jurisdictions.

If my marketing plan goes well it should produce enough leads to do at least 4 fix & flips for the year.
