there are bidding services in the bigger markets.short of that you could probably find a good realtor that would do that for you if you agree to list back.You call the bank there in the market have the checks made out to the trustee or sherrif the bidder picks them up you give permission for the bidder to pick them up.. they use them or if they don't they return them same day to bank.I did this for years when we covered 4 counties a day..

You can have a buyer's agreement with your Realtor to pay their fee on a FSBO and this is customary in those circumstances, however, the owner must give the agent a permission to show authority without representation, your agent should know as well as this seller/owner.
