This will further hurt the "small guy", cheaper houses and units that already have to constantly compete on price. 

Unit size is obviously going to be very local dependent so unit mix/# of units will vary widely.

I have a rental unit that falls under the Los Angeles rent stabilization ordinance.

Cities will either not be able to comply or select sites that are currently zoned and used for purposes other than housing.This can lead to more complications with lawsuits and other administrative challenges that in addition to absorbing time and money prevent additional housing units from being built.

The reason I liked it so much it's the largest land mass county in the United States.

(roof, well, tree roots raising the A/C unit at a 20 degree angle, soft, uneven  floors under carpet, etc.)  

I have a 4 unit building in Long Beach CA and looking for alternative rental property insurance companies. 

If it is multifamily, and the horse is in the upstairs unit, it will disturb the tenant below when it dances.

I’m looking more for the 5-10 unit market but if the right smaller deal comes along I would still do that too.

Best of luck getting these units squared away A "true" turnkey provider is always waiting for the ax to fall mate and it can only fall on their head lolLot of accountability and responsibility for sure and it takes many many years to get operating decently.I won't say "perfectly" because there are non stop kinks in the armor of a true turnkey provider.Thanks
