Those who owns hotels, nursing homes and certain retail strip centers are facing severe disruptions to their property's performance and value.On a smaller level, those who invest in airbnb short term rentals will have trouble staying afloat.In downturns, certain patters re-emerge.  

Doctors and Nurses live in these homes..

Lots of young nurses and doctors in the area.

I was 25, just graduated from nursing school, had a decent job, was engaged to a girl that wanted lots of kids and to be a stay at home mom, wanted a house, and this and that and a little of that too.

I've been an authorized IBC Practitioner for 2 years but have never worked with a foreign national (other than Canadians).

I know a few doctors and nurses with this issue.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

I was working as a nurse and respiratory therapist before beginning to invest in real estate and then becoming an agent made sense, and it has been such a great change! 

The female patients and visitors ALL had better nails than this hard working nurse and they all had had more expensive cell phones.Knowing I was taking care of them, while paying for their manicures (and health care) with my taxes, really contributed to my burn out.
