Go to a big chain title company office near you and talk with their sales rep.

So I just sanded them and then broke out a torch and made some more distress marks , I also took a chain and beat the floors with it . 

It has instead only been dragged into change by its chains as it screamed and kicked all the way, moaning out its pathetic nostalgic dreams of bygone glories.

@Jay HinrichsLook at the positive side Jay...whatever the problems...you can afford them and never miss a good meal. 

He/she has procuring cause and any other agent won't be entitled to commission (unless you feel like paying to your agent to buy a house)You have to send to Slowsky email, explaining in details the break in chain of communication, that you're not tolerating delay in your business for so many days - since Saturday and you let him/her know that you WILL get another selling agent to serve you.

Or chain a grizzly to it.
