They just recently started displaying projection lines with/without masks.

This may be an extra layer of fees and overall hassle you don't want to deal with, especially if there is no difference from a legal liability perspective.On the other hand, some states, like CA and PA charge fees based on gross receipts or asset values to LLCs but not to Limited Partnerships (LPs).

Well, it took a fix and flip that wasn't selling at the price we want (and had gotten broken into once) for us to look into STR to get us through the slow winter months and add a layer of protection to a vacant home.

I would layer in another list or two in the same area as your driving for dollars list.
