My son has to be basically locked indoors when he comes home from school, this is not the best area to be raising a child in.

You can save a lot of money on the labor, and you can make really nice looking patterns using cheap basic tiles and spice it up with more expensive tiles as accents.

Got it as far as running numbers, what are key indicators I should look for in terms of profitability & cash flow from the get go.One vision I wanted to make reality as well is getting involved in development projects any idea on where to go for info on that?
