For a few properties, I wouldn't bother with an LLC, especially if it is a foreign corporate filing (being the Republic of Cali), you insurance is sufficient, select a good manager, they will be insured as well and Mo. is pretty landlord friendly, IMO, so there really isn't a real shield for liability from an LLC as those promoting entities lead you to believe.

Steve, Payments to Google Voice are done through Google Wallet. it seems to me that you will not have any issue using a foreign card.

still looking at finding a bank that will help foreign investors in US specifically KY to buy a small commercial or 4plex multi family with decent terms (If anyone has any ideas I am all ears, doesn't have to be in KY).But as a second option I am trying to educate myself and learn how to find partners in buying larger multi family, and since my new year was 2 days ago this has given me new motivation to get something going.
