Go to the hot are of your town on a Saturday at 8 pm and see if you agree.I went to a mall in Orlando a year ago that was completely dedicated to entertainment.

Personally, I don't entertain a "blank check" company structure because, as you state, it makes you chase after 'deals' that may or may not exist and if they do exist they may be outside your 'wheel house'.

They would need to keep the cage away from edges like molding, steps, door ways, corners.. if they can reach it from between the bars they will entertain themselves!
