Then they'd search courthouse records, drive by, check the MLS and see how much BS the Montelongo's and A&E were shoveling that week.There were houses that were rehabbed on the show that the Montelongo's never owned, houses that supposedly sold on the show but not in real life, improvements and landscaping that were taken out after the show, and a woman that, if I recall correctly, was the mother-in-law one week and the open house buyer another week.All part of "reality shows", I suppose, but Armando made it part of his credibility kit, claiming huge numbers of successful rehab flips despite a lack of evidence in the real world.

I've had a similar experience where I had to put the woman's number on my cell phone as "Do Not Answer" as well.

"See, buy my course and bootcamp and mentoring program and you can hang out in Aruba with this gorgeous woman!"

It was a woman's name or had a woman's name in the web address, but I can't recall the name.

@Katie Douglas I'm going to recommend Stanley's "Millionaire Woman Next Door" if you have Amazon Prime you should be able to read it for free by borrowing it from the Kindle Library, that's how I got my hands on it.

Although I am a successful business woman and have had a healthy retail store for the past 25 years, being a member of BP, reading sugessted books, and enrolling in an amazing inexpensive REI course , has given me yet another perspective of how to increase wealth. 

With that said, if you want to be a middle man (or woman), and make no mistake, that is exactly what a real estate wholesaler is, then to do so with little money, no credit, no education, and no experience, your one and only best shot is to study for your real estate exam, pass it, get licensed, and then find rehab or buy and hold investors to represent on purchases and sells.

They sub it out to some coaching company.As an example, I talked with a woman a short time ago who did 4 successful rehabs, then hired a named brand coach (one of the above), paid $31,000.00 for coaching.
