Also I was fortunate to meet a private lender through my agent partner, that accelerated everything 11 deals came after that, so when I say "wholesale" I mean I'm literally closing on them most of the time, and reselling, so when people go around saying THAT is a shady business tactic it blows my mind. 

We talked for a good while and recommended I start getting active on here because it could accelerate my business that much quicker.
