What do you believe had led to your success?

I was led to this site by the book Set for Life by Scott Trench, which I am currently reading.

In the early aughts, the government forced lenders into loosening their standards which led to the housing crisis. 

@Sean Walton It was Jonathan's story that has led me here. 

Also a huge tourist destination for crappy skiing and beautiful warm weather months... it has led to ridiculous real estate prices here, I have realized.

Basically, real estate agents have been led to the slaughter by their Multiple Listing Services and are falling into a pattern of paying twice, once to a listing service and again to a marketing company that can't even get the facts right.

Altering history was permitted in the past, but that led to confusing threads due to changes made after replies had been posted; so, altering history is only allowed for a brief interval, after which you can use the update feature to clarify your original intentions.
