I think I'm also going to nix the foundation idea.In the area of Texas I'm in, purchasing big plots of land is very popular so I don't think I'll have any trouble finding buyers who want the whole 10 acres.  

It seems Zillow has gotten really popular around here and let's me see pics of the other houses.

So far, I'm thinking Owings Mills and the popular city neighborhoods (fells, canton, ppark, locust).

The number of people using popular websites (like airbnb, homeaway, vrbo, etc..) to book their vacations is skyrocketing, and builders are struggling to keep up with demand. 

We have all 50' wide lots here, with 7.5' side setbacks, so that leaves only 35' to build on, and duplex/condos are popular, so many build like what she is doing. 

I'd love to get an LA meetup going, especially one focused on our own backyard, which I think (contrary to a lot of popular belief here on BP) is a fantastic market for investing!
