I, fortunately do not rent to tenants who embark on violating the terms of their lease, so I do not worry about it.

Right now I’m in housing and this one woman has three cats and a dog her daughter abuses.

I'm sounding like I think I'm a wise old woman or something here, LOL. 

But, then I read the responses, and your reply that this is a woman with two kids, and I changed my mind.She does sound like a woman fixing up her "home" so she can live in it. 

As for the bathroom humor, I have had lots of boys around over the years, and it never fails to amaze me at the laughs they get from bathroom humor - as a woman, I'e changed so many dirty diapers in my life, I'd prefer not to have to think about them again!
