If I am correct it should be less than 3k (I'm thinking 1500 to 2500), try alternative technologies inc, I think he was the lowest bidder on my job but doesn't do public works so i had to go to the third one.

Houston has a great robust economy with O&G, technology, finance, and retail but battered with the potential of natural disaster (mainly hurricanes) every few years (I been through a few hurricanes).
