You can try to match the wall color as best you can, no need to paint the whole house, just the walls that need it.

I think it will look ok, however in my previous area, that golden oak color is not in style at all, floor or cabinet wise.

Color me skeptical, but if your list was that valuable you wouldn't sell it cheap.

My daughter has bought lower end rentals in Vegas with mixed results.. basically pretty good.One tenant burned the house about down but with insurance they are coming out smelling like a rose..

@David Rose - not married but that's definitely a strategy I hadn't heard yet.

Dark colors with designs/embossed/pattern will be great hiding imperfections.
